C++ Python Research Engineer – SLAM algorithms, IMU data, localization (Oxford OX1)

For this unique and weighty role we’re seeking a seriously talented C++ and Python engineer with experience of probabilistic estimation techniques used for human / robot localization and mapping. The successful applicant will need experience of processing Inertial Measurement Unit data together with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization & Mapping) algorithms.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, deadline driven, problem solving person who is an excellent team player with an ability and passion to learn new things and apply new technologies. Experience of WiFi fingerprint based localization and Agile project management are ‘nice-to-haves’.
